The fantastic relationship began years ago with the homeowners. They chose us as their contractor around 10 years ago. Off and on since then we have been renovating their house. We'd finish one aspect of the house, wait a year and then be called back to tackle another part of the house. It ended in success with 2 back-to-back awards.
